$135 per person class fee includes all ingredients, recipes & handouts, pastry cloth, yummy snack and more. Classes are held at Diane’s Market Kitchen are limited to 6 participants and are 4 hours in length. You will learn how to make a great crust and seasonal fruit filling, pie lore and more. Each student will finish class with a pie hot from the oven or ready to bake at home.
You will provide:
your favorite apron
pie pan
BIG mixing bowl (at least 6 qt)
medium chef’s knife (or similar)
box or basket to take your just baked pie home
...and a smile!
