Kerrygold has been kind enough to supply butter to my workshops over the past year or so, but even if they didn’t, I would still be using it and for many years I did just that. So, when they asked if I might be interested in baking up a little something with their cheese, I jumped at the chance!
I had been thinking about using cheddar cheese for a crust and with the Fall apple harvest, the timing couldn’t have been more perfect for me to create and then write about the Apple Pie with Irish Cheddar Crust that I made with Kerrygold cheese and butter which I love, Love LOVE! I swear I see leprechauns leaping and dancing around my kitchen when I bake with it. What about you?
