5 Days of Gathering, Baking, Learning, and Sharing

Pie Camp attracts pie lovers from all over the country who enjoy getting their hands in dough, baking pies and sharing laughter, stories and recipes. Whether you are a pie expert or a beginning pie maker, Pie Camp meets all levels of experience. During this 5-day culinary retreat, Kate will share with you her skill, secrets, recipes, and deep love of pie making.

Our focus for the November 2014 Pie Camp will be seasonal apple, cranberry, pumpkin, pecan, mince, and savory pies.

Pie Camp will be full of butter, flour, lard and love!

    I would love to attend your class in the San Francisco area! Any thoughts of having a class in this area? Please let me know.

      I was just teaching the Bay Area including San Francisco during March and April of 2014. Now I’m starting the planning for the next CA workshops which will be in the Santa Barbara area during 2015. Be sure to join the mailing list for updates and news!
