Update: Pie on the Road: San Francisco and Frog Hollow Farms

Saturday was a hoot! I had an absolute blast sitting at my little table just outside of the Frog Hollow Cafe at Ferry Plaza Market in San Francisco answering pie questions. I felt like the “Pie”-chiatrist!

Thank you to all who stopped by to say “hello”, share your favorite pie memory and ask about thickeners, cooking times, pie pans and more.

And, a big heartfelt hug to Farmer Al & Becky, their wonderful girls Maddie & Millie, and the whole crew at Frog Hollow Farm for making it possible for me to share my love of making pie and passion for teaching with the five students who came from many areas of the Bay Area and beyond for a workshop right on the farm on Sunday.
