A Little Touch
I thought I was going to avoid it, but after a week of travel and workshops, it looks like I may have a little touch of it—the flu that is. I’m not one to be down for long and I’ve learned that the best way to move on quickly is to pay attention to the signs and take care of myself. So, I’ve tucked myself in with my faithful four-legged companions, Sweet Gretapie and Mr Fez, a good book, and plenty of herbal tea.
Love lark rise to candleford and your teapot! Pam Bundy
I found the teapot at a second hand store and it is the same pattern of dishes that I have had for 35 years! I just had never seen the teapot so I was quite excited. The tea-cozy reminds behind it reminds me of my cottage. 🙂
Hi Kate ~ I hope that you’re feeling better soon! Thanks for recommending the book, I’m going to get it! Looking forward to attending your workshop at Pie Cottage this summer (if you offer it) 🙂
~ Laurie in California
This slow and quiet day has been just what I needed. I’m already feeling better, Laurie. Yes, there will be workshops this summer at Pie Cottage and if you are thinking of a particular time you would like to travel north, I’ll do my best-est to schedule one to coincide.
