Yesterday I launched the new free video series on Gluten Free Pie Making. As promised, here’s the second installment– How to Make A Gluten Free Pie Dough. Before you begin, I would like to share with you that just about everything that I do in gluten-free pie dough making, is different than what I do when I make a dough with all-purpose flour, which I affectionately call gluten-FULL flour. Making a GF pie dough is not difficult at all…it’s justdifferent. I hope this video will help you along the way.

    Hi Kate,
    it’s great to see the technique for the gluten free pie dough – the side cuts worked much better in this video, and it’s really helpful to see exactly what the dough should look like at the end of pulsing!
    Am looking forward to the next instalment!
