IT’S ALWAYS TIME FOR PEACH (AND RASPBERRY) PIE
It’s high summer–one of my favorite seasons of the pie year becuase peaches are at their peak. Any pie that has sweet peaches in it is a favorite for me, so you can well imagine that Peach Raspberry is way up there on my list of summer time must makes. The color combination of orange peaches and red raspberries is so beautiful, too.
Anyway, I wanted to make sure that you have the info about the Peach Raspberry Pie with a Cream Cheese Crust that I will be doing in a virtual class this Friday August 20th. As it filled up quickly, I added more spots in it as more folks wanted to bake along with me. The two-hour workshop begins at 8AM Pacific Time. Here’s the link to register. A little update on the new Kate McDermott’s Newsletter that I’m writing over on Substack. Simply put, I’m having one heck of a good time writing there, and I don’t have to deal with all the Seach Engine Optimization (SEO) stuff. I am loving just being able to write. 😊
