Summertime Oats

One of the easiest and fastest breakfasts around.

Ingredients

  • A pretty bowl and a spoon one for each person.
  • A few spoonfuls of yogurt. I like plain so I can flavor it any way I want.
  • A handful of raw oats. My favs are Bob's Red Mill GF Oats .
  • Some walnuts or pecans.
  • A handful of frozen or fresh fruit. Currently I'm enjoying frozen organic blueberries.
  • A little drizzle of pure Grade B maple syrup.
  • An optional sprinkling of Hulled Hemp Seed Hearts also by Bob's.

Instructions

  • Put the yogurt in the bowl.
  • Add the oats, nuts, fruit, and finish off with a drizzle of maple syrup.
  • Add an optional sprinkling of hemp hearts.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

If you aren't fond of raw oats, then just cook them up and add all the other ingredients.
