Summertime Oats
One of the easiest and fastest breakfasts around.

Ingredients
A pretty bowl and a spoon
one for each person.
A few spoonfuls of yogurt. I like plain so I can flavor it any way I want.
A handful of raw oats. My favs are
Bob's Red Mill GF Oats
.
Some walnuts or pecans.
A handful of frozen or fresh fruit. Currently I'm enjoying frozen organic blueberries.
A little drizzle of pure Grade B maple syrup.
An optional sprinkling of
Hulled Hemp Seed Hearts
also by Bob's.
Instructions
Put the yogurt in the bowl.
Add the oats, nuts, fruit, and finish off with a drizzle of maple syrup.
Add an optional sprinkling of hemp hearts.
Enjoy!
Notes
If you aren't fond of raw oats, then just cook them up and add all the other ingredients.
